What does Digitech do about the difference between the real read/write time and the one shown on the website? 130MB/s and 60MB/s are a big difference

Samsung states the following: The read and write speeds quoted are based on internal tests conducted under controlled conditions. Actual speeds may vary depending on card capacity.
