Question about Philips 279P1/00 27" UHD IPS AVAILABLE via USB-C/DP/HDMI PD 65W

I have an HP Elitebook. Unfortunately, none of the USB-C ports work. Accordingly, the Logitech BRIO webcam and the Philips 279P cannot be connected. Work around?

Have you tried setting the monitor to USB 2.0 instead of USB 3? Maybe that will help, it's worth a try...
