The picture says something different than the feedback. Unfortunately, there is nothing more detailed in the specifications. What is the keyboard layout?
Keyboard is German - Germany. There is currently no Swiss-German keyboard for the 400.
The German keyboard is not very different from the Swiss one; the French characters are missing and a few special characters are elsewhere.
If you absolutely need a Swiss keyboard, then buy the Raspberry Pi 4 and separate keyboard.
By the way, the layout is shown in the PDF "Technical Data" under Downloads.
And as Phofstetter already writes, it is not the Swiss (ch-de) keyboard layout.
Especially with the special characters this is tedious, so you have to decide how you want to use the keyboard. Those who write in the "eagle system" look at the labels on the keys, and those who write blindly set the driver to ch-de (or whatever they are used to). And those who don't quite master the 10-finger system with the special characters swear and cheat on a printout of the keyboard layout or attach a Swiss keyboard...
