Question about Bose QuietComfort Earbuds
The noise cancellation doesn't work, I can hear everything despite level 10, I've also looked in the settings, I've tried everything. Can anyone help me, maybe I'm doing something wrong or the headphones are already defective? Thank you. H. Lischer
Have they tried the larger earpieces? The headphones rely on there being a good seal between the ear canal and the headphones.
Also, it makes sense to update the software of the headphones with the Bose Music App.
