The device does not charge my hp Zbook. The screens and USB ports work, but charging does not, even though it is theoretically possible. Why?

Hello,

The laptop must support PowerDelivery (Charging over USB-C) too - this is an optional feature, and if the laptop's USB-C port does not support it, then it is not possible for any docking station to charge the laptop over USB-C.
