The buds are supplied without a power supply unit. Les buds sont livrés sans adaptateurs. The buds and their case are delivered without power supply, just a cable.
I have tried 8 different power supplies, including only Samsung for now, and also including PC USB, and they don't charge. Was it the same for you? Or could the case be defective?

Your case is broken. Mine charges when plugged in, visible by a red/green light spot at the front.
