Question about ASUS Rog Maximus Z790 Dark Hero
The board has 2 CPU 12 V slots. I am using the Intel i9. Do both have to be occupied or is only one sufficient? My transformer only has one cable with the corresponding plug. I have read through Intel and ASUS but have not found any relevant information. Many thanks for your help

For Intel i9, both CPU 12v must be used so that it can use its full potential, if the power supply has only one connection I would change it.
If there are two, you should probably use two.
If your power supply unit (there have probably never been transformers in a PC) has too few cables, then it could simply be too weak. What power does it have?
