Question about JBL Partybox 310
The battery of my 310 shows that it is being charged and then one after the other it is full and the whole thing happens at irregular intervals. In the app it shows 4%, if you disconnect it from the mains the box goes off after a few seconds. I suspect that the battery is faulty or what do you think? Which battery can I use? Thank you very much.
So I suspect that the battery is defective. If you are still under warranty, simply contact JBL. The customer service is very good and can help.
Have you done all the possible updates, I don't know either of the app or the device?
If not, I think the battery is indeed defective. If the PartyBox is out of warranty, it is possible to buy a new battery on the internet.
