Screen via DP++ works, but not via HDMI. Why?

Hello - do you have Display Link installed and active? To which port have you connected what (DP/HDMI)?

Hello,

HDMI is based on native USB-C and in order for it to work, the laptop's USB-C port must support Video Transfer over USB-C (either USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt3/4).
If your laptop does not support this feature (it is an optional feature), then HDMI will not work.
