Has anyone else experienced the problem of suddenly not being able to connect to the WiFi? I tried his WiFi at a colleague's and promptly found a connection again. Arrived at home again, the same problem...
I can't even connect it to the wifi at home - it works via the hotspot on the mobile phone, but it's no use.
It also works straight away with my neighbour's WiFi - I'm now talking to Sunrise (I get my internet and router from them).
Yesterday I made a lot of progress in finding a solution with a very competent support team (I was really lucky!!). The next step would be to deactivate the "extra surf protect home" - but I couldn't do it last night because some settings were blocked due to a planned update.
I hope then, as soon as the stuff is deactivated, that everything will work.
No failure so far. This may be due to the WiFi.
