Question about i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C Triple 4K Dock
probably my technical knowledge is just too limited. But why doesn't my laptop charge with this product? I use a Lenovo ideapad 710S-13IKB. Thanks for the feedback. :-)

Hello,
In order for Charging to work, your laptop must have a USB-C port (that does support PowerDelivery mode(Charging over USB-C)).
I have checked your laptop and it does not have a USB-C port at all and older USB-A (USB 3.0) does not support this feature.

Often the wrong cable was used. Unfortunately, there are big differences in the USB-C connector type.
