Lenovo USI Pen
On the Lenovo USI Pen P/N: 4X80Z49662, the writing tip can be pulled out by approx. 1-2mm. When you release it, the tip is pulled in again by spring force until it stops. In the normal position, it cannot be pushed in any further. Why can the tip be pulled out? What is it good for? Can anything be adjusted with it? Calibration? The pen seems to have a G-sensor that switches the pen off after about 3 hours. Can the pen be switched off in any other way than by removing the battery?
The ability to pull out the writing tip of the Lenovo USI Pen is primarily for changing the tip when it is worn or damaged. If the tip is loose, it may also mean that it has not been inserted properly or that it is damaged. In this case, I recommend replacing the tip or taking the pen to an authorised repair centre to have it checked.
Pulling out the writing tip does not normally affect the calibration of the pen. The pen is normally calibrated by connecting it to the device on which it is used. You can look for an option to calibrate the pen in the settings of your machine.
