Question about digitec connect SIM card for mobile subscription

My account holder has activated the Cockpit for me. When I click on the link, I get a message that I already have access to the Cockpit. Do I want to create a new account? If I click no, the registration form for a new subscription appears (which I don't need because I already have one). So how do I get into my Cockpit...?

In our experience, the only thing that helps is a support ticket at digitec. We have had this problem twice.
