No, don't do that, these SSDs are not available with a cooler for nothing. The 5.0 models get very hot, the ones without start to throttle. A pcie 4.0 would be better for the ps5.

No it is not. The t700 gets really hot which is too much for the ps5 and PCIe 5.0 doesn't help at all as the ps5 can only do 4.0. Better take a Samsung 980pro with a cooler.
