Is this SSD running in RAID 1 or RAID 0?
Yes, NASA needs n-drive NVMe RAID 0 arrays if they want to process the image data of the space telescopes efficiently. They use exactly such disks there. For home use, however, I would say that the time you need to set up and configure a PCI-E 4.0 NVMe RAID will be longer than the effective time you will ever save. And for 2TB quasi-real-time backups, there are cheaper/simpler options than an NVMe RAID 1. But yes, if you want to see big numbers in CrystalDiskMark, the disk can RAID if the motherboard/PCI-E card supports it.
I tested it in RAID 0 and it works perfectly.
