Is this SSD recommended for the Mac Pro 4.1/5.1 instead of a more expensive PCIe SSD? Looking for a 4TB solution.... Thanks a lot!

Hi Siow66, I can't answer your question because I bought the 4TB SSD for my HP EliteBook 840 G2 but I couldn't get it to work successfully against a 2TB one. Apparently my Bios controller can't manage 4TB, which is why I currently only use it externally via USB. But I have no way of comparing it to a PCI SSD.
