Is this product (WD Rouge (4To, 3.5"), 64Mo) a CMR product as the product number (WD40EFRX) let it understand? Or is it a mistake in the specifications and it is actually a SMR?

Yes the WD20EFRX is CMR and the WD20EFAX is SMR.
