Question about ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming
Is this mainboard worth having an i5 and an asus gtx 1060 graphics card in the computer?

Unfortunately, I don't have a real recommendation for 60fps AND gaming AND a budget of 200.
Nevertheless, this article Samsung S27F350H (27", 1920x1080) promises Full HD resolution on 27" diagonal and only 4ms input lag (delay from PC to screen).
This value and many others are of course better for gaming screens, but these only start at 350+ CHF.

Your question can only be answered if we know your intention.
My guess is gaming? Then you are in the lower price segment, but you get a lot in relation to the money you spend.
Your requirements in terms of resolution, preferred average FPS, other applications (render etc.) would help a lot to answer your question.
