Question about Samsung EVO Plus

Is there a difference between this more expensive card (item no. 16738702) and the card with item no. 42959342, which looks the same but is only half the price? The read rate of the cheaper card is stated as 160MB/s, but only 130MB/s for the more expensive one. Also, the cheaper one says "X-ray protection, splash-proof, shock-proof, waterproof", but the more expensive one only says "shock-proof".
