Question about Gigabyte B550 Aorus elite AX V2
is the mainboard already Veermer (ryzen 7 5800x) compatible? or does it need to have updated bios first?

Hello, I installed the board, inserted a Ryzen 9 5900, put the fan on it, switched it on and was done. Apart from refreshing Windows, nothing else was necessary. Everything hums fine.

With gigabyte, it's the same as with asrock - everything is actually up to date. So you don't have to run an update beforehand so that the CPU is recognised. Especially with Galaxis, I don't think there are any slow sellers that sit around in the corner for years.
All I can say about the board is that it is a top board with good equipment and a very good price. You have my recommendation.
