Question about Insta360 Ace Pro

In the USA, Insta360 advertises the service of replacing the protective glass in front of the lens free of charge for the customer within one year of purchase. The customer only has to pay the shipping costs to the nearest service centre. I would like to ask whether Insta360 also offers this in Switzerland? I couldn't find anything on the European website. While a scratched protective glass can be easily replaced by the customer with the competition, this is not possible with the Ace Pro.
