I had been using the headphones for just over a year and then started having problems with charging and battery life. When the headphones were fully charged, after 1 minute of use the left headphone would switch off and the right headphone after 15 minutes.... I sent it for repair under warranty and got a credit note for it in the end. I was basically very happy with the headphones and would buy them again now. But I am afraid that the same thing will happen again. Has anyone bought the headphones that year and had a similar experience with the battery problem? Thank you for your feedback.

2 years old, left battery flat after approx. 15 minutes. Right one still at 50%.

I have similar problems after almost two years. Battery lasts just under 15 minutes on both. At the same time, I notice that the case keeps flashing orange when charging and only charges correctly after being disconnected from the power supply several times.
Fortunately, the warranty is still valid - let's see what Sony thinks...

I also have this problem. I bought them in Oct. 2022.
The left earphone is only 70% charged, the right one 90%. After approx. 1 1/2 hours, the left one reports that it is empty.
I like these headphones, but at this price I expect something else.
The advertising promises a bit too much.

Hi, I have a similar problem, after approx. 1.5 years of use, the left earphone (which is used a little less often) discharges approx. 5 times faster than the right one. With the right one I get about 4-5hrs. And I often take them out of the case freshly charged in the morning and they tell me that they are only 90% charged.

My headphones run out after just under 1 hour. I've been using them for about 1.5 years. I will also report a warranty claim.

I also have a battery problem with the right earpiece: it discharges 5 x faster than the left earpiece.
I am thinking of using my warranty to fix this.

I have not had any problems so far. However, I do not immediately recharge the "headphones" after a short period of use (<1-2h).
