This item's model code is ending with "BW". Therefore it is eligible for the 60 months manufacturer warranty program provided by Samsung. Find your options here: https://www.samsung.com/support/warranty/

digitec will not make any adjustment. Granted. By any means you will need to send it to Samsung or take it to one of their service centres after 36 months.
