Question about Poly Savi W8220/A
I would like to use the headset via Bluetooth with my Gigaset cordless phone (E720A or possibly S810A). Can I establish the connection via Bluetooth alone? I don't have a USB plug on the base stations or a connection option via dongle. Does it work with Bluetooth 4.2 alone?

The Poly Savi W8220/A headset supports Bluetooth 4.2, but it cannot be connected directly via Bluetooth to a Gigaset cordless phone such as the E720A or S810A. The Bluetooth function of the Savi W8220/A is mainly intended for connecting to mobile phones, tablets and computers via the headset's base station.
To use the headset with a Gigaset cordless phone, it would have to be connected via the headset's base station and a connection to the telephone network, which is not possible in this case as the Savi W8220/A's base station does not offer a direct connection option to a Gigaset cordless phone.
