I wanted to configure mobile communications for my Apple Watch (MultiSim). However, I always get the error message "Connection failed" as soon as I press "Set up mobile network". Has anyone already had this problem or does anyone know a solution? I wanted to follow the instructions in the Help Centre. WLAN connection is available.
I have exactly the same problem - I have sent an email to support. But in the meantime, has anyone found a solution?
Doesn't work for me either. When I click on "Configure mobile radio", I get the message "Connection failed". I tried again and again for several weeks...
Would be happy for support!
I have the same problem and the instructions from Apple still work.
As far as I know, the easiest way to configure the eSIM in the Apple Watch is directly via the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. At least that worked for me without any problems with the MultiSIM from digitec connect.
