Question about ASUS GeForce DUAL RTX 2080TI O11G

I ordered this graphics card, had it in operation for 2 weeks, the card then failed overnight and has been in repair for over 2 months, I have not received a replacement product or anything else, I would like to withdraw from the purchase because I do not get any service but have paid 1100 fr, would be happy for help
