I just bought the SlimCombo, but I can't connect the keyboard to the iPad. Does anyone know the problem? I have done everything according to the instructions but I am desperate. Thanks
I assume you have the 2018 iPad? If the keyboard is in bind mode and Bluetooth is active, the keyboard should be visible. However, since I have had more problems with binding, I recommend a complete restart of the iPad. This has solved all problems so far.
