I have just unpacked the Husquvarna 315 Mark II. What is the initial code on the machine? I can't find a factory code anywhere in the manual? Can anyone help me find it?

Yes, you have to ask the customer service. I don't know why you don't get the code directly by email? You won't find any information anywhere, not even an instruction leaflet.
I had to keep asking for a fortnight. They said they had problems with the software to generate the code.
After a year, the rear casing of my device, which is used to lift and carry the device (according to the operating instructions), has broken off.
It is only fixed with two screws. If you have to move the unit a lot (main/side area), you should hold it with both hands, front and back, otherwise it will eventually break due to fatigue.
