I have just put the receiver into operation. Unfortunately, it cannot handle the picture signal from the Sunrise TV box, as it only plays the sound but not the picture. It displays the following error message: Note, This content cannot be played on your TV. Check the HDMI connection on your HDCP 2.2 capable TV. My VU+ Sat. box works fine on it, with the same HDMI cable connected and over the Onkyo. Furthermore, when I connect the Sunrise BOX directly to the TV, the box works without any problems. So the problem must be with the Onkyo receiver! Can anyone help me here?

I have the Swisscom Box and was able to connect the receiver without any problems. Everything works fine. If I were you, I would contact Sunrise customer service.

I have the Swisscom Box and was able to connect the receiver without any problems. Everything works fine. If I were you, I would contact Sunrise customer service.
