I would connect the matrix DIRECTLY with the ASUS cable, without the Strimer. It's quite possible that this is the problem. The 12VHPWR is known to be quite a bitch. I have the THOR 1200 Platinum II and have never had any problems with my matrix. Also try a different DisplayPort/HDMI connector on the card...

Also had the image loss with the Lc Oc. Now I have a 1300 watt power supply unit. Everything has been fine since then.
