I have a problem: both directly via the built-in Bluetooth module of my HP 830 G5 and via the Jabra 370 dongel, the microphone picks up all background noises. This is extremely annoying, e.g. during phone calls via teams (sounds are also recorded by the normal audio recorder). Problems do not occur with other Jabra models.

Does anyone have a tip? I also use the Jabra Direct app, but there's not much I can do.

I am not sure if I have understood correctly. Maybe you could try to deactivate the hear-through function via the Jabra Android/iOS app. 
I often use it in meetings and the sound quality is supposedly better than with my Jabra cable headset in the office...
