Question about Icy Box Ib-141cl-U3

I have a basic question about HD cloning HD to SSD. So far I have only cloned HDs, either via software or with an ICY Box. Cloning HD to HD with the same or larger capacity works without any problems. What if I want to clone a HD with 2 TB to an SSD with a capacity of 2 TB, does that work without any problems, is there anyone with experience in this regard?

I used the ICY BOX IB-123CL-U3 to clone the system disk of a notebook (500 GB) onto an SSD of the same size. This worked without any problems. After installing the SSD (instead of the hard disk), the PC booted without any problems.
