if your headphones are not displayed on Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. make sure that the headphones and the Bluetooth device are within 1 metre of each other. 2 - First time pairing: Take the headphones out of the charging case. They should automatically switch to pairing mode. - Additional device: Place the headphones in the charging case, leave the lid open and press and hold the pairing button on the charging case for at least 5 seconds. 3. make sure that the headphones are securely placed in the charging case and the earbud tips are correctly attached. 4. if the headset fails to pair after initialisation or repair, delete the pairing information from the device and try again. 5. restart your Bluetooth device (e.g. smartphone, computer) and try pairing again 6. make sure the charging case is charged. Place the headphones briefly in the case, close the lid and then open it again. 7. if the above steps do not help, reset the headset and pair again. 8. initialise the headset and pair it and the device again.

Open the cover, press and hold the button on the back until the LED on the front flashes blue. Pairing will now take place and you will find it on your mobile.
