I bought the xm4 and have massive problems with skyping and teams via bluetooth on Win 10, you only hear the voice "choppy" which is not the case with the xm3. Even if I set the xm4 to use only 1 Bluetooth connection at a time. How can I solve the problem? Home office is not possible.

I have the same problem. The reason it sounds "choppy" is that Teams only recognises the XM4 as a "Hands-Free device". This sounds really awful. Every now and then it also lists the headphones as the normal XM4s, then it's suddenly great, but that quickly goes away.

Conclusion: the headphones are good but useless for teams.

Hi, I had the Bose QC35 until recently, they are very old now. Then I bought the Sony M4 and they are good with the mobile phone.
Unfortunately with any other device really bad I have switched to stable connection and also only 1 device. None of this helps!
Does anyone have a solution, because I think it would be a shame if I had to give them back!
At the moment, thanks to the features, very cool headphones, even with the Touch.

Bluetooth devices are forced to use a bad quality codec when you want to do two-way audio. You should probably get a dedicated headset on PC, which does not rely on Bluetooth. Multipoint connection does not allow you to listen to two devices at the same time. Rather it only switches device connection when one does not output any audio. Unfortunately this is how the device was designed. Sony should do better than releasing a half solution to what people actually want.

The xm3 was much worse than the XM4. I talk on my XM4 almost every day and it's not a problem, unless there's wind and other noises like traffic on the main road, then it sometimes drowns out my voice. Have you updated the software? Sometimes it helps
