Question about Beats Fit Pro

I bought the product. The headphones simply won't connect to my Samsung S21 Ultra. I follow the instructions on the internet, it won't pair. I fully charged it overnight and even set it to factory settings at the end (until the light on the case was red) and repeated the whole game. It won't pair, why? Or maybe I need to update something on the mobile? Download something? What is the problem?
