I bought the predecessor a good 4 years ago. Miserable performance. Never again HP.
1. you need an internet connection + HP login to scan.
2. ink consumption EXTREME. Bought new inks, printed a good 100 pages (for a project, 10% colour, rest text).
Only used the printer again after 2 months - printer reports cartridges almost empty.
3. every time you don't print for more than 2-3 days (I can't say the exact period) and then want to print, the message Printer is waiting, please don't switch off. This can take 5-10 minutes and it makes a lot of noise.
4. print quality is poor even with new cartridges. New cartridges in, test page comes out in razor-sharp quality, then print my PDF, and it comes out blurry in places.
Warranty claim (not digitec) was rejected as everything is within the normal tolerance deviations.
