Question about Beats Fit Pro

I am really disappointed and am now no longer sure whether the noise cancellation is working at all! It's really on and I've experimented with earpieces. Nevertheless, I can hear all the dumbbells jingling in the gym. It can't be that I have to set the volume to over 90db so that I can no longer hear my surroundings.... Has anyone had similar experiences?

Hello, so it works for me, the difference between suppressed and normal is at least clear. However, the environment is not 100% gone, but I think that's ok now, at least I can still hear whether the vacuum cleaner/hairdryer is on or not 😉 I can still hear whether the vacuum cleaner/hairdryer is on or not.
