I am annoyed Had a nice countdown on my order of 24.09.2020. Yesterday it still said "expected tomorrow" for shipping. Today only "No details available" again @Digitec who did you give my card to under the table? What about you other pre-orderers?

I ordered it on 18.9 and it's exactly the same, I could cry....the countdown should be saved.

I know this game unfortunately, it happened to me the same way. The only difference is that I called support on Wednesday and they confirmed that my graphics card would be 100% shipped on Thursday. Well, unfortunately nothing was sent, I called support on Thursday and was told that they were sorry. When I asked when I could expect the shipment, I was told that it could be as early as February 2021. I am just disappointed that an assurance is made with yes it will be 100% shipped to you on Thursday and now they can't even give me information when the delivery date will be.

I think the delivery to Digitec itself simply did not arrive. Because it's the same for me as it is for you and a few others here. Yesterday it said "expected today" and now it says "no details available". Well, one's patience is absolutely overstretched when it comes to delivery times. It's almost like the car industry. Buy a car and wait six months to a year for delivery.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered the card on 18.09 and had a nice countdown until the day before yesterday. Now it says "no details available" again. I'm really annoyed....

Delivery will probably not have arrived at digitec.

Status changed so many times, from 2-3 week after the order, to mid october, early november, early december.
around end november I had the same countdown... finally got the message: ready to pick up 12:15. In the afternoon I check if its ready, but the time changed to 17:15....
In the evening I would to pick it up, but I got the email my status has changed to unkown...
Talk to the support, the told me the status in the order overview is controlled by the manufacturer and its unusual that its not accurate ....
normally I refresh my system with part that are all really 6-12 month on the market. My own mistake not to stick to my rules :)
Its not a nice situation, but only a first world probelm. enjoy still my old setup while waiting :)
