How firm are the headphones in your ear? Could they be used for mountain bike or running?

They didnt fall out while chasing my dogs, but I wouldnt trust them to hold up while mountainbiking over rough terrain.
They fit quite well on me. I haven't been biking with them yet.
It depends on the anatomy of the pinna. For me, the right one almost always falls out, the left one holds better.
