How can Digitec be contacted if there are problems? Digital Republic can't help with billing problems and Digitec doesn't offer any options for complaining about the product? There is also no option in the helpdesk to report a problem with the SIM card. So how do you get help from Digitec if it is commercial and not technical?
There is a ticket system in the customer portal and the option to contact them by phone from 8am to 6pm. However, I have never tried this.
