Question about Sonos One Gen2

Hi all, could you answer a few questions for me please: - can the voice control (bug) be 100% deactivated? - Can a local NAS be accessed (mp3)? - Playlist from a NAS also possible in a simple way? - is the APP clear with several playlists? - I think Radio Pilatus etc. is no problem - is e.g. the control via Android APP 100% simple and 100% reliable (woman gets annoyed about the smallest problem if the technology does not work!) - how much data does the manufacturer evaluate if something is known? - or possibly another product / manufacturer? - Is there anything else to know?
