Question about Canon RF 50mm f/1.2L USM

The EF is an old construction, flat and out of focus in the corners of the image. The RF, on the other hand, is crisp across the entire image. Just google EF50 vs RF50. There are some good videos about it.
It is a lot sharper overall and from F1.2 this is one of the sharpest Canon lenses ever. It is about twice as heavy but offers a slightly better minimum focus distance.
