Question about StarTech US2GC30

Is there any clarity here in the meantime? Would only order if it is the RTL8156BG chipset

StarTech US2GC30 Rev.2 uses the RTL8156B(S)G [v31.04].
Unfortunately not declared anywhere on the packaging.
However, the older StarTech US2GC30 version is still in circulation and uses the regular RTL8156 chip.
