I have ordered three Apple iPad Air (2019), 64 GB, 4G, Gold from you at a price of CHF 139 each.

The product page clearly gives the impression that these are new devices. There is no indication that they could be refurbished or secondhand products.
I have created screenshots of the entire page which clearly show this impression.

I would therefore ask you for a clear written confirmation that the devices supplied are new.

If it turns out that the devices are not new, I will make use of my right of return and send back all three devices, as the actual condition was not stated transparently and correctly.
