Hello, I bought this SSD to put in my MSI Prestige 13 AI Evo 13.30", Intel Core Ultra 5 125H, 32 GB, 1000 GB. It is visible in the bios in the hardware description, but not in the NVMe configuration. It is recognised by an ubuntu key, but not when installing windows 11 or 10, do you have the drivers or anything else to make it work?

After installation on a computer or USB, go to the settings and search for "Format", which will take you to the disk management area. There you can format it and assign it a letter so that it is recognised. That's what I've done.

Yes, everything worked for me after I plugged it in ... but try to clarify the following ...

Secure Boot: Make sure that Secure Boot is deactivated. Some SSDs can cause problems when Secure Boot is enabled...

BIOS mode: Check that the boot mode is set to UEFI, as modern SSDs often only work in UEFI mode...

NVMe support: Make sure that NVMe mode is enabled in the BIOS...

Firmware update: It may help to install the latest BIOS version for the MSI Prestige 13...

2. SSD formatting and partitioning

If the SSD is recognised in the BIOS but not when installing Windows, it may not be formatted correctly...

Connect the SSD to another device and format it using a tool such as Diskpart or GParted (Ubuntu). Make sure it is partitioned as GPT (GUID Partition Table) as Windows needs this in UEFI mode...
