I am very happy with the television. However, the VIDAA Voice Control function keeps switching on by itself. Sometimes when you speak or when you hear voices on the TV. Although I have deactivated this function. Does anyone have any idea what to do about this?

I've had the TV for over half a year and I haven't noticed anything like this. Perhaps carry out a software update or reset to factory settings? Otherwise make a complaint.
