Question about i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C Triple 4K Dock

Hello Together I have a Macbook (Apple, private) and a notebook (Android, business) which I would like to pair together on one screen. My Macbook is an older version and has no USB-C port, only USB and HDMI. Will this still work with this docking station? Thanks in advance for your answer.
