I am looking at the Samsung CU7170 TV and have compared the UE55CU7170UXXN and the UE55CU7172UXXH:

I can't quite figure it out... Although one is almost 100 francs cheaper, it has better scores on some points than the more expensive one. For example, unlike the more expensive version, it also has a DVB-T tuner and 3 HDMI connections, while the other only has one.

And in terms of sales rank in the TV category, the cheaper one is also well ahead of the more expensive one. The Samsung website doesn't help at all with the purchase decision... Can anyone give me a tip?

I had the same problem and decided in favour of the Samsung UE55CU7170 (the more expensive one). I can't remember exactly why, probably a better picture.
Conclusion: I am completely satisfied with the TV and would buy it again.
