Question about Icy Box Cloning and docking station for 2.5" or 3.5" SATA drives,IB-1232CL-U3

Unfortunately, ICY Box products have had major compatibility problems for 20 years. Some hard drives or PCs are completely unsupported, which means they're doomed to the dustbin, despite all their advertising promises. They often never supply the necessary drivers, despite their many promises and boasts about durability. The situation is still the same in 2025. I've just thrown away two new ICY Box hard drive enclosures, no PC (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple) recognises them (W10 pro) and they're unusable, yet the drives (HP by Seagate) work perfectly in other brands of enclosure! Pseudo-German quality, shoddy Chinese products! Run away, no support, no drivers available.

Hi, with my Windows 7 the IcyBox works without problems, maybe additional drivers need to be downloaded for Windows 10.
