Hello, is this TPM chip compatible with the ASUS MAXIMUS XI Hero? I admit I bought another TPM chip without looking at the physical compatibility and the pins are not aligned so ... XD Thanks for the feedback

It fits with my ASUS Rog Strix X570-E Gaming. So yes, if it is similar in age. I don't think Asus has different interfaces here.
